Not good: You need to go to an emergency room, get the finger looked at by a vascular ( circulation specialist) to see if it can be saved.

See a Hand Surgeon: If you have an ischemic finger from in injury it might be fixed with a micro-vascular vein graft. The finger turning gray is the first sign of death. See a hand surgeon asap.
