It depends: Your final adult height depends on a number of factors: height and growth patterns, such as early or delayed growth of family members; when you reached puberty; any chronic illnesses that you have; and nutrition. The formula below will predict your final height, plus or minus two inches. For girls: [(father's height - 5 inches) + mother's height] divided by two.

Growth: Typically not. Most girls are done growing within 1 year after menses.

Growth is done: A girl starting periods by age 9 is well past her growth potential by the time she is 19. The average girl starts periods around age 11-13. The rate of growth decreases afterwards. By age 14-16 growth is done for the average girl. For the girl with early start to periods, growth is complete much sooner.
