I had hysteroscopy on 13th march and now i am having period like cramping from yesterday 30th march. i have 25-30 days of menstruation cycle. so when shall i expect my 1st period after surgery? will it be early, late or on time? my age is 31 yrs?

Depending on what day of your cycle "March 13" was, and if your hysteroscopy was done for a bx alone, your cycle should occur when expected. If a d&c were done also, your "period" may be scant. If pregnancy is possible, and your cycle is delayed, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. Stress of surgery may delay ovulation, and therefore delay the onset of your period.
