I didn't had much acne frm 2/3 yrs only a few during menstruation but after i started exercising at home i noticed so many red bumps across my cheeks and i mostly do in morning without anything on my face n now idk if i continue with my exercise .?

Exercise with attendant sweating builds up oils,debris & bacteria on your face. This aggravates acne. Splash water on your face as soon as possible after the workout to remove sweat fromyour face immediately and shower right away. Hopefully these measures will allow you to continue your workouts.
