Diet/exercise: There is no such thing as resetting your adrenal and the arizona department of health services is too far away. There is no specific way to lose weight in your abdomen. Best method for weight loss is reducing caloric intake just a little (300 calories per day or so) and increasing activity to moderate exercise 30 minutes three+ days per week.
