Can you get rid of a bartholin's cyst without going to the doctors?

Sometimes: If u soak in a warm bath and take antibiotics it will sometimes shrink or open up and drain, please call your gyn as u will need to do both, if it doesn't go away then your gyn needs to open it up to let it drain and a small catheter can be placed inside for a few days to keep it open and then teh catheter comes out called a wurd catheter.
