Think i have a bartholin's gland cyst. it is a bit tender was about the size of a pea this morning, a little larger now. what can i do to get rid of it?

Remember: There is a difference between a cyst and an abscess. If it starts hurting badlyit needs to get drained. The cyst itself, if uninfected, may run it's course but I am not aware of a way to drain it. Keep the area clean with soap and water, no intercourse, and it may recede. The cyst is generally not painful, the abscess is and requires attn. I wish i had a better solution. Gd luc.
