Treat the pressure: High blood pressure is quite common and some do have headaches from it, especially when it is too high. Most people have essential hypertension (cause not known) but some have treatable cause--kidney disease, obesity etc.. So, check with doc to have an evaluation for hypertention and be treated, to help with your headaches but also reduce risks of stroke/heart attack etc..Good luck.

Controling it: As such blood pressure does not cause headache unless it is significantly high. Mild degree of high blood pressrue does not cause headache.
