A couple ideas: While high blood pressure can contribute to headaches, typically it would be quite high and I don't think it would be so regular as every night. Frequent--daily to several times a week--headaches are most often muscular contraction headaches due to neck/scalp muscle tightness..often related to stress. It could also be migraine, but likely not so regular. Your doctor can help sort it out. Stay well
