A member asked:

I get headaches every morning when i wake up. could it be high blood pressure?

Rather unlikely: Headaches due to high blood pressure are typically associated with striking elevations. More likely, you could have nocturnal bruxism, other jaw problems, neck issues, but even possible migraine onset. Could have your dentist check it out, but also confer with your family doctor. All of this is controllable.
