Vitamin and Minerals: Often restless leg syndrome is due to various vitamin and mineral deficiencies. I recommend trying a good MVI (multivitamin) with minerals including magnesium and zinc. Also eat a good source of calcium but not with the mvi (multivitamin). And most importantly, vit d is essential.

Few tricks: If the restless legs syndrome (rls) is secondary to another disease, first treat the disease. If it is primary rls, some women respond to iron replacement therapy, even if not anemic. Second, try avoiding caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol for a while as these make RLS worse. If those strategies do not work, the other options are prescription medications from your doctor.

Iron is a co-factor in making dopamine. Therefore, if our iron level is too low, correcting this problem through iron supplements can help. Recommend discuss with your doctor and get your iron level checked.
