Perhaps: Certainly those symptoms may be consistent with restless leg syndrome especially if the restlessness seems to improve with movement. RLS has been shown to often be associated with iron deficiency so please see your doctor for blood work. Take calcium and magnesium as well as hot baths and gentle stretching before bed can be helpful.
