I had a injery about 3 years ago where i had a chunk of my knee taken out fairly big one it left me with a hole there it closed up but know i can't feel that area and it hurts a lot still could i have surgery to fix it?

Possibly: Depending on the location and size of the "hole", there may be a role for some kind of cartilage transplantation, especially at your age. It still depends on any associated injuries, location and size. Usually, some kind of chondroplasty would have already been tried, so definitely get a sports medicine consultation.
