Your : Your complaints are too vague to give a solid answer. There are many possible causes for knee pain with or without acl surgery. This includes, but not limited to meniscus tears, arthritis or "wear and tear", inflammation from the lining of your knee joint, or remaining issues with your acl graft positioning. Ultimately, to help figure out your problem, you should return to an orthopedic surgeon (preferably the one who fixed your acl) for an evaluation.

Not sure: Probably unrelated unless you were unfortunate enough to have graft taken from unaffected leg which is a regional thing only popular and supported by data from indianapolis. Depends on location and quality of pain. If continues talk to your doc that fixed you.
