What do i do when my 5 month old is running a 102.2 fever?

Fever: Make sure the baby is not irritable or lethargic - these can be signs of a serious infection. If either of these exist - take the baby to the er. Tylenol (acetaminophen) can be given to bring down fever. Take the baby to a pediatrician for an exam.
