Endo vs ENT: An endocrinologist is a medical specialist with expertise on glands. These doctors usually treat thyroid problems with oral medication or radiation. An ENT is a surgical specialist with expertise on head and neck surgery. They can perform biopsies or thyroidectomies ie removal.
