Heart problem: Symptoms of heart disease are shortness breath, chest pain, palpitations, swelling of feet etc - some tests are ekg, cardiac screen, echocardiogram, treadmill, stress echo, nuclear stress tests, cardiac cath etc. Depending on the diagnosis.
