Does sit for long time cause heart problems. i was sitting for least to 5 to 6 hours a day( eventhough i do this everyday) my heart start beat really fast and i test it was around 150. so does sitting for long cause this problem or is something else?

Long term sitting : This needs to be evaluated in person More information is needed . After reading this, alone (and the information is very limited) I am concerned about a clot. There are many other possibilities, but a clot is an emergency.

Sitting unrelated.: Sitting 5-6 hrs does not cause heart problems. A heart of 150/min clearly not normal. You should get an evaluation to explain increased heart rate. You will probably need a Holter monitor to document these events. Monitor recordings may also provide an explanation. Please see a cardiologist.
