Miscarriage: It means there is no embryo or fetus developing and will eventually become an apparent miscarriage.

Likely abnormal preg: With such a high beta HCG level i would expect your pregnancy to be clearly visible with a yolk sac, fetal pole and heart tones. The absence of the above may mean you have an ectopic pregnancy (outside the uterus - could be life-threatening) or are undergoing a miscarriage. Check with your ob/gyn!
