Tough to answer: Sorry to hear it. If she is in good shape she might still be able to have surgery. If not there are some other procedures that might be beneficial. Some centers are looking at targeted radiation treatment. Her survival depends on how advanced her cancer is, and how kind the aging process has been to her.
