My mom had a positive ifob in october a month later she passed from final stages of liver cancer how is that possible all in 1 month?

Colon cancer: Sorry about your loss. I assume fob is fecal occult blood test. It sounds like your mother had colon cancer. Colon cancer, especially in the right colon, can be asymptomatic until it spreads to other organs. Please get a colonoscopy at the very least at 50.
