No definitive answer: Foods high in fat content are processed differently by different people. Depending on their ability to process them by the liver and that depends on genetics. Also, there is more to clogging up arteries than just diet. Exercise, high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking, cholesterol level, and stress can also cause different amounts of plaques in the arteries in different people based on genetics.
