Various choices.: If you know your arteries are not clogged, they don't really need checking. If you are having no symptoms, but want to know if there is early plaque, a ct calcium score is sensitive for this. If you are having chest pain and you and symptoms are not high risk, a stress test can help sort it out. A ct coronary angio would give more detail about the degree of blockage. Cardiac cath (cont).
