Lexapro (escitalopram): Wondering about diagnosis (such as bipolar?) & whether there's alcohol involved & what other medications are taken at same time & also what dose Lexapro (escitalopram) is . Reason for asking is that when Lexapro (escitalopram) is given while any of other factors are present, you might expect unusual reaction, otherwise Lexapro (escitalopram) on its own is quite safe. Also, what strange behaviors is he showing?. It's advised he talks to md.
