Maybe Prozac (fluoxetine): Each person is different, but in large groups Lexapro (escitalopram) is probably more weight-neutral than prozac. Both are ssri's and can help with ocd/anxiety/intrusive thoughts. If you truly have fear of weight gain (rather than just appropriate health concern) it may be part of your illness. You may do well with one medication, where someone else does not.
