Is nutella as healthy as peanut butter?

Nutella vs PB: Nutella is made with hazelnuts; pb is made with peanuts. To compare, check the nutrition facts: the protein, fat and carbohydrate content, and the calories. Both of these are vegetarian, so healthier than a lot of animal products, but also look for added sugar, which raises the calories and is less healthy. Lower fat and sugar and calories and higher protein is healthier. Brands may differ.

It is nutritious but: Is fattening, so don't be excessive. A 1 ounce serving of peanuts has 166 calories, 6.7 g of protein & contain: 12% magnesium, 10% phosphorus & 29% of manganese (daily requirements). Peanuts have 14 grams of fat but only 1.9 grams of saturated fat as well as 4, 393 mg of omega 6 fatty acids but only 0.8mg of omega – 3 fatty acids.

About how much all natural peanut butter is healthy to consume?

Do you mean: How much is too much?? There is nothing "unhealthy" nor particularly "unhealthy" .Peanut butter has a lot of good protien but many nutritionists feel it has too much saturated fat! Salt level may also be a "concern" Hope this helps! Dr Z
