Depends : Depends on nutritional needs and your health problems. For example, if you need a low fat diet because of high cholesterol, then low fat peanut butter or nutella probably is a better option.If you are diabetic, then a little bit of peanut butter is a nice filling add on to your diet thats low in carbs.Neither are good if you are going to eat a lot of it. Moderation!
