Yes: A missing front tooth should not make a difference. See an orthodontist to get an evaluation. He/she will be able to tell you what your options are.

YES: Each case is different, but often braces are used to not only correct the bite, but to allow for proper alignment of teeth to allow for the most aesthetic result possible.
