More info needed: When did you break your ankle? Are you in a cast? Did you have surgery to repair it? Does the heel on the same foot hurt or the opposite foot? More info is needed...To make a suggestion.

See your doctor: Depending on the severity of the break and how it was set, there may have been undue pressure placed on the nerves that surroung the heels.
