MEDS FOR GAS RELIEF: Simethicone which is sold under many different names is the best med for gas and is available over the counter for the gas for stomach pain it depends on the cause, if the pain is due to gas, it will go away with med for gas, for others you need to find out the cause of pain and treat it appropriately.
