My stomach has light cramps & i feel a small bump in the left side of my abdomen. could it be gas? or what? please help!

Check up: It is possible it is gas but if it gets worse or persists for more than a day, and especially if you have had any type of abdominal surgery or haven't had a bowel movement for more than 1-2 days I would recommend you get it checked out. The gut and brain are very connected. You can also try some slow deep abdominal breathing, or the 4-7-8 breathing from dr. Weil.
