Gas: hello ~ If it is gas its probably coming from the stomach and a dilated stomach can impinge the diaphragm and give you a pain like a "stitch". The important thing is to let a doc place a hand on your stomach to make sure every thing is fine and there are no abdominal masses or any other noteworthy symptoms thanks
