Nonspecific: Your symptoms are nonspecific and could be due to lactose or gluten intolerance or sensitivity. Irritable bowel syndrome is another possibility. If symptoms are very recent and bowels are loose, an intestinal tract infection(viral, parasitic) or food poisoning may be present. See your physician if symptoms persist or worsen,vomiting occurs or if your abdomen is very tender.
