Unfortunately cannot: You may not be able to improve hearing without a hearing aid. But you can do somethings. Try listening in a quiter background. Ask people to talk to you slowly but not loudly. These help you to hear better.

Can't: Sensori-neural hearing loss as its definition suggests is the result of either permanent loss of hair cells or degeneration of cochlear nerve fibers. As such there is no natural treatment. Once these structures are gone, they do not regenerate. Some day gene treatment might be available.
