Cchlear implant/aid: If you you have severe/profound senoryneural hearing loss you have two options 1cochlear implant 2 hearing aids consult your ENT doctor and follow his/her advise.

No options: As the nerves in the inner ear are damaged and don't regenerate in mammals I am not aware of any herbal or nutritional treatment options. I assume that potentially treatable causes such as cochlear hydrops or autoimmune inner ear disease don't exist. Need to manage the loss and amplification is only option. Cochlear implants usually reserved for those who aren't benefitted with aids.
