Painful incision.: The vertical skin incisions are less bloody and much easier for your obstetrical surgeon to safely deliver your baby in a cesarean section, however they take longer to completely heal and hurt more than the usual bikini cuts because they affect nerve endings on several neurotomes (nerve levels) of your abdomen. Give it some more time (3 months) before trtying to get back into shape.
