Excellent: There is no reason not to have good musculoskeletal health at age 57. If you remain physically active and engage in overall healthy lifestyle - that is the result. I remember when I was running in a marathon in my 20's - being passed up by one of the most muscular women I have every seen. I learned later that she was in her 70's.
