None: If you get at least 15 minutes of sun a day and eat a variety of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, whole grains, and wild fish you probably don't need any. Some people still need vitamin d and vegans need B12 but only a blood test can say for sure. Don't take pills unless you are sure you need them and you know exactly what they do.
