Do you mean gluten?: If you mean wheat-based grains containing gluten, there are many alternative foods you can eat: quinoa, amaranth, rice, bulghur, kasha, millet, kamut, etc. More and more restaurants and stores are carrying gluten-free items. If you mean something else please let us know. Of course, you can also eat proteins, healthy fats, nuts, vegetables, yams, sweet potatoes, fruits, etc galore!
