Carbohydrates: That is a tough call without more information. Your height, your weight, your food intake, your physical activity, etc. all have an impact on your blood sugar. For a week I would recommend you check your blood sugar before breakfast and again before lunch. Document what you ate at breakfast and any snacks before lunch. This should help you decide how you are doing with pre-diabetes.
