Yes: As a matter of fact Baclofen may be very helpful for trigeminal neuralgia type of pain. It is ineffective for other facial pains.

Maybe: It has been know to help with nerve pain. However i would not suggest you take it unless you have had a diagnosis for the pain and are working with a doctor.
