No: It is unrelated to baclofen. If it persists or if there is swelling and/or tenderness, have it evaluated.

Not from baclofen: Baclofen would not have caused hand or wrist pain. However, if it did make you more fatigued or sleep better, than you may have changed sleeping patterns that led to the pain, such as sleeping with your wrist in flexed position leading to carpal tunnel syndrome. Comorbid issues would help identify this as well, as a 28 yr old with nerve pain can be concerning for other neuromuscular disease.
