Very possible: It is a very complicated drug that really has limited indications and I am not sure how this would be a drug used for facial pain. It needs to be stopped carefully to not get further withdrawal symptoms. The first order with pain is to find out the cause and treat a cause. Not to treat the symtom with a dangerous drug
