Stay in shape: People with scoliosis have more acute and chronic back pain than those without scoliosis, regardless of treatment. Exercise (parrticularly cardiovascular) in moderation has been shown to decrease symptoms of back pain. As for the coccyx, a donut pillow can be purchased if you are having pain while you are sitting.
