Pediatrician first: Even if your pediatrician doesn't treat adhd they can almost certainly give you some sugestions about who to see. There's also a great website called psychology today with a search engine to look for therapists of all kinds with all kinds of specialties. You can search by distance, insurance, type of therapy, age group, etc.

Finding a Psych.: Quickest & easiest way is to ask your son's pediatrician. They are knowledgable about who is in the area & who is good, based on their experience.

ASK: Your doctor, school teacher or school psychologist, adhd support groups or organizations, hospital and mental health services referral lines, and parents are among others good starting points.Once you have made contact with an office ask about that person's experience, training, level of interest and approach to the adhd management...Your views, beliefs , and questions need to be addressed.Good luck.
