No guilt: Sociopathic is an older term for what is now termed antisocial personality disorder. By definition personality disorders are long term patterns of behavior. This can involve manipulation, lying, aggression, illegal occupations, frequent violation of the law & lack of empathy, guilt or remorse, and trangression of others rights with little regard other than one's own needs- i.e. Many criminals.

Antisocial: The modern clinical term for sociopathy is antisocial personality disorder. The hallmark of this disorder is the person seems to have no conscience, or sense of morality, or right or wrong. This person cannot empathize with others, is opportunistic, predatory, and often thrill seeking. An example of this would be Charles Manson.
