Not good: The symptoms will depend on the blood sugar levels and how this affect the body of the patient. It can go from only hyperglycemia (high blood sugar) and feeling thirsty with high urination; to a comatose states (diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar hyperglycemic nonketotic syndrome).
