I eat lots, i drink 8 cups of water but i eat 120g of sugar a day. will i end up with diabetes from this?

Possibly: Eating sugar does not cause diabetes, but gaining weight as a result of excess calorie intake does. Keeping your weight down and exercising are the best things you can do to avoid diabetes.
