non diabetic, fasting glucose of around 90. usually don't eat sugar a lot but when i do i get like sweaty... is this because i'm not used to it?

Diabetes: Fasting glucose 90 is within normal range. That's good you don't eat sugar a lot. When you eat sugar you feel sweaty, that's okay.

a little high: But would need more info like the hemoglobin a1c or fructosamine level. Sugar free gum will not raise the blood sugar.
