Sinusitis: Diagnosis is hard to be done without examination but possible sinusitis can cause all this. Some sinuses are closed in and do not drain so you will not see a colored nasal discharge. You would feel the pressure in the sinuses though and because of the nasal congestion can get the blood. it seems severe enough that you should go see your physician
